Advantage Partnership is an Executive Search and strategic human resource management consulting company. In 1988, the firms principal lawyer Junichi Horie realised there were many Japanese corporations operating in Australia without effective, cross-cultural recruitment strategies. At the time, many Japanese companies were experiencing industrial problems in Australia, caused by a lack of understanding of Australian business practices and culture.

The concept of kaizen, or continual improvement, is central to our approach to client services.
