When appropriate we may also use a variety of psychological and aptitude testing to complement other shortlisting techniques within the selection process. Our testing techniques are adapted to the requirements of the position and the person specification and include general testing, skills testing, and personality testing.

References

In order to gather relevant data regarding the applicant's precious work experiences, our consultants conduct two or three reference checks, dependent on the applicant's work history. These checks are quite detailed and provide information on the applicant, such as previous duties and responsibilities, ability to handle conflict, and relationships with colleagues. We present referees' comments to clients in order to assist them when making their final decision and to confirm and questions that may have been raised during the interview phase.
